Return and Shipping policies

RETURN POLICY:

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within thirty days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. The remainder of the refund amount will be credited back to the card used to purchase the product.

All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping/handling charges or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please take a picture of the damage and email it to customersupport@scentsationals.com along with your order number, name, customer ID number, and a brief explanation of the damage. We will replace any damaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery provided you follow these steps.

We cannot accept returns on used wax fragrance cubes.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders will generally be shipped the following business day. However it can take up to 7 business days to ship merchandise from our warehouse.

ScentSationals.com will determine which carrier to use to ship your order (UPS or USPS) unless you have a special shipping requirement, in which case please contact us via email (customersupport@scentsationals.com) or phone (801) 370-2498 to make special shipping arrangements.

Shipping/handling charges are not refundable under any circumstance.
